How to Catch a Unicorn

How to Catch a Unicorn is a picture book written by Adam Wallace and illustrated by Andy Elkerton. The book features a magical unicorn trying to escape the grasp of four children while visiting the zoo. The unicorn knows that he will lose if magic if the children capture him so he eludes their traps they set for him throughout the zoo. Each trap setup by the children is evaded at different parts of the zoo with comical traps like unicorn lemonade and plastic parachutes. Within each part of the zoo we get to see the different animals like lion, peacocks, and zebras that help the unicorn escape. As the unicorn avoids the traps, the children end up on the wrong end of the traps either being doused with water or paint. The book is comical and ends with a satisfying ending.
